Quick answers to the most common questions. If you still need help, check the ticketing site or contact MMG Concerts.
It depends on the event and venue. For assigned seating shows, you’ll pick your exact seats or section directly on the ticketing page (Ticketón, AXS, etc.) and those seats are reserved for you. For general admission shows, seating/standing is first come, first served, so we always recommend arriving early for the best spots. The event listing above will clearly say whether it’s Assigned, GA, or Mixed.
All sales are generally final and non-refundable, in line with the policies of our official ticketing partners. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are typically honored for the new date. If the event is canceled, refunds are usually processed through the original ticketing platform (Ticketón, AXS, etc.). For specific questions about your order, please contact the ticketing site directly.
We recommend arriving 30–60 minutes before doors open, especially for popular events. This gives you time to park, get through security, grab drinks, and get to your seats without rushing. For GA shows and festivals, earlier arrival means better viewing spots and shorter lines.
Most venues offer on-site parking, nearby lots, or paid garages. Parking availability and pricing vary by venue and city. We recommend checking [Venue Name]’s website or map apps for the latest parking info. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft/Taxi) is always a good option for a stress-free arrival and exit.
In most cases, mobile tickets are accepted. After purchase, you’ll receive an email from the ticketing platform with your tickets and instructions. We recommend saving tickets to your phone wallet and having your screen brightness up at the door. If printed tickets are required for a specific event, the ticketing site will clearly mention it.
There’s usually no strict dress code beyond basic venue rules (no offensive clothing, dangerous objects, etc.). Most people come in comfortable, stylish outfits that match the vibe — from casual streetwear to full noche de party. For VIP tables or premium sections, smart casual is always a safe bet.
